Every project starts here, at no cost. We talk through one thing that is slowing you down, whether that is a page that is not converting or a workflow that is leaking time. I map what is really happening and rank the fixes by effort and impact.
You leave with a ranked plan and an impact estimate, whether you hire me or not. If you want to go ahead, you get a written quote and a statement of work.
Billing and revisions
- You get a written quote and a statement of work (SOW) before any work begins.
- I bill $50 an hour, or at a flat rate. Both are invoiced weekly.
- Three rounds of revisions are included on every project. Extra rounds are billed at $50 an hour.
What you own
Your domain name is registered in your name. You get your site’s files on request, or automatically if you cancel.
While you are on a monthly plan, hosting stays on my Cloudflare account, and the plan includes domain renewal. For custom software, who owns what is set out in the statement of work.
After launch
- Starter websites: the $29 monthly plan covers updates, maintenance and uptime.
- Full custom websites: minor monthly updates are included for the first year, with a monthly SEO and AI optimization review. Major changes are quoted.
- Voice assistants: the monthly plan covers maintenance, changes and uptime.
- Anything else: $50 an hour.
Hosted sites carry a 99.9% uptime target.
