Website weak/missing?Workflow bottlenecks?Invest in the fix your business needs to grow.
Without a trustworthy presence online, you’re losing sales. Disconnected processes, manual tasks and unanswered calls drain the time, money and energy that should go toward what grows your business. A sharp website, custom software or a virtual voice assistant fixes that.

Three lanes. Whatever the job requires.
Most work lands in one of these, and they connect. I match the smallest thing that solves your problem, whether that's a new site, the software behind it, a voice assistant on your phone line, or a mix.
Websites
Public-facing sites that look sharp, load fast, and are easy to update. Marketing sites, landing pages, storefronts, and portfolios. Hand-built or on your CMS, and SEO-ready.
Internal Tools & Automation
The software running the business behind the site, plus the automation that keeps it fed. Client portals, dashboards, approval systems and trackers, wired into the tools you already use (Adobe, your CMS, your store). One screen instead of ten tabs, and AI where it genuinely earns its place.
Voice Assistants
A custom virtual voice assistant that answers your business phone line, on a new number or the one you already use. The monthly plan covers maintenance, changes and uptime, so it keeps working after launch.
Not sure what you need? Start with your team's daily workflow.
The free consultation includes a workflow walkthrough: a fixed-scope look at one thing that's slowing you down, whether that's a page that isn't converting or a workflow that's leaking time. You leave with a ranked plan and an impact estimate, whether you hire me or not.
Talk it through
We walk one problem end to end: what triggers it, every step and handoff, and what "done" actually means.
Map what's real
I diagram what's actually happening (the site, the tools, the manual steps) and mark exactly where time, money, and sanity leak out.
Right-size the fix
You get ranked options (implement, build, or extend) scored on effort vs. impact. Sometimes the answer is a tool you don't have to build at all.
When the drain is internal, put a number on it.
If the walkthrough points at a repetitive workflow, here's the rough floor: just the labor cost of one process. Bottlenecks, errors, and burnout sit on top.
// drag to match your team. estimate only.
Straight answers, to common questions.
Is AI required in every project?
No. AI is not always needed. In fact, most projects do not require it at all and reach high functionality with well-built code. I use it where it earns its place, not by default.
Can you build AI automations and projects?
Yes. I build AI into automations and internal tools where it adds real capability, like research, verification and drafting, and wire it into the software your team already uses.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before reaching out?
No. That is what the free workflow walkthrough is for: a fixed-scope look at one thing slowing you down, whether that is a page that is not converting or a workflow leaking time. You leave with a ranked plan and an impact estimate, whether you hire me or not.
Can you do just the website, just the software, or just a voice assistant?
Yes. Most work lands in one of three lanes and they connect well, but nothing says you need more than one. I match the smallest thing that actually solves your problem.
Do you work with clients outside Roswell?
Yes. Modern Rugged Media is based in Roswell, Georgia, and works across metro Atlanta, including Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Marietta and Atlanta. Most projects run over calls and screenshares, so clients anywhere in the US are normal. If you want an in-person kickoff, I can do that inside the metro.
What counts as an internal tool?
A client portal, an approvals queue, a reporting dashboard, a project or lead tracker, or an automation that moves work between the tools you already run. If your team lives in a spreadsheet that three people edit and nobody trusts, that is the shape of the problem I solve.
Can you build a voice assistant for my business?
Yes. I build custom voice assistants that answer your business phone line, on a new number or your existing one. Setup is $700, and monthly plans start at $200 and cover maintenance, changes and uptime. See voice assistant pricing or ask about one for your business.
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $499. A one-page Starter site is $499 plus $29 a month, which covers updates, maintenance, uptime, hosting and domain renewal, and it goes live in 24 hours. A full custom site is $1,200 and up, quoted in writing. Every project starts with a free consultation and a written quote. See the full pricing and terms.
How long does a project take?
A Starter site goes live in 24 hours. A full custom site takes two to three months. Custom software takes anywhere from a few days to a month, depending on the project.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain name is registered in your name, and you get the site's files on request, or automatically if you cancel. While you are on a monthly plan, hosting stays on my Cloudflare account, and the plan includes domain renewal.
What happens after launch?
Starter sites include updates, maintenance and uptime in the $29 monthly plan. Full custom sites include minor monthly updates for the first year, and major changes are quoted. Hosted sites carry a 99.9% uptime target.
How does billing work, and how many revisions are included?
Every project starts with a free consultation, then a written quote and a statement of work. I bill $50 an hour or at a flat rate, invoiced weekly. Three rounds of revisions are included on everything, and extra rounds are billed at $50 an hour.
Do you leave easter eggs in websites, like Konami did in the original Contra?
Yes, and this site has one. The Konami code, tucked into 1980s NES games like Gradius and Contra, turned a hidden cheat into a tradition, and I like keeping it alive on the web: a small surprise for people who poke around, never in the way of the page doing its job. If you grew up on the NES, you already know the code. Try it on this page with a keyboard.
What's holding you and your business back? A website, bottleneck, and/or missed calls?
A new site, the software behind it, a virtual voice assistant for the calls you miss, or a workflow that's leaking time: tell me the goal and I'll come back with a right-sized plan. No obligation.
Eve, my virtual voice assistant, answers and can pass you to me.
