SCOBOSS is the shared workspace for SCOVILLED and Goblin Boss. Social content goes up for review here, the brand owners approve it or send it back, and every week's report stays on file. Access is limited to brand staff and Modern Rugged Media.

What it is
One place instead of four inboxes.
Approvals used to happen over text and email, and nobody could say for certain what had been signed off. Everything below now lives in one signed-in workspace.
The week's numbers
Each week's social report, channel by channel, with a written summary. Past weeks stay in the archive, so you can go back to any of them.
Review before it goes out
Images, video and captions go up with their notes and files attached. Approve one, ask for a change, reject it, send it back to draft, or comment on the item itself. Every action is recorded.
A board for each brand
SCOVILLED and Goblin Boss each get their own board: restocks, new makers, events, national days, spotlights and content ideas, kept apart.
Told when it is your turn
One click tells every reviewer that content is waiting or that a new report is up, and each person picks which emails they want. Nothing waits on someone remembering to log in and look.
Content planning
Every idea on the board it belongs to.
Each brand keeps its own set of boards. They hold the things worth posting about, so an idea is not remembered the morning it stops being useful. You work a board the way you work a checklist: add to it, then cross things off as they run.

Working a board
Add it, use it, cross it off.
Boards are shared. Everyone signed in sees the same list in the same order, and the board records who changed it last and when.

Add
A title and an optional note, filed straight to whichever board you pick.

Cross out
Mark an idea used and it stays on the board with a line through it, so you can see what already ran without losing the record.

Edit
Change the title or the note in place, without the item losing its position.

Reorder
Drag items into the order you intend to use them, so the top of the board is the next thing up.

Delete
Removes an item for good, behind a confirm step so a stray click cannot clear a line.

Attach an image
Pin reference images to an item so the idea and the picture of it stay together.
How it works
Four states, start to finish.
Every item in the portal is in exactly one of these states, and that state is visible to everyone who can sign in.

Drafted draft
Modern Rugged Media adds the week's content to the brand's queue, with the caption, notes and any files it needs.

Sent for review needs review
The item appears on that brand's board. Owners open it, read the caption and look at the attached media.

Approved, or sent back approved changes requested
Approve it and it is cleared to post. Send it back instead and your comment goes with it, so the reason is on the record.

Filed archived
Once it has run, the item moves into the archive and is counted in that week's report.
On every item
More than approve or reject.
An item is rarely a straight yes or no, so the answer does not have to be one. Everything here is available on each piece of content.

Leave a note
Comment on the item itself. The thread stays attached to it, so the reason for a decision is on the item and not in somebody's texts.

Request changes
Sends it back with your comment, and it reads as changes requested until it has been reworked.

Dislike
Turn an idea down outright when it is not worth reworking, instead of asking for an edit you do not want.

Back to draft
Pull something out of review and keep working on it, without rejecting it first.

Archive
File anything finished or abandoned. It leaves the active list and is still there to look up later.

Images and video
Attach the real media to the item, add more later, remove what is wrong, and download any of it again.

Activity log
Every creation, status change, comment, and file added or removed is recorded against the item with who did it and when.

Shared, not per device
All of it lives server side, so what you see signed in on your phone is what everyone else sees too.
Notifications
One click instead of three messages.
The slowest part of an approval is usually not the decision, it is waiting for someone to notice there is one to make.

Email reviewers
One button sends a single "content is waiting for review" email to everyone who reviews. It replaces writing the same message to each person and then working out who missed it.

Notify team
Announces that a new weekly dashboard is up, the same way and in one click, straight from the report.

Automatic, where it earns it
Mail also goes out on its own when an item is sent for review, approved, or sent back, and when someone comments.

Only what you asked for
Each person turns those four off and on in their own settings, so the portal does not train anyone to ignore it.
Access
Invitation only.
- There is no public sign-up. Addresses are added to the portal one at a time.
- Sign in with the email address that was invited. There is no portal password to keep track of.
- Every page past the sign-in is checked at the edge by Cloudflare Access before it loads.
- Each brand works on its own board. Reports and the archive are shared.
- Signing out ends the session on that device.
